Terms & Conditions
- Estimated time needed for me to complete your order can range anywhere from 2 days to a week (or longer), due to the customisable nature of the CD keychain.
The first step includes discussions for adjusting the design until you're satisfied. The time we spend here is dependent on how much needs to be adjusted or changed, and how fast we can reply each other.
Upon design confirmation, I'll start making your order, which will take 2-5 working days. This is dependent on my schedule, and the amount of orders in queue.
Once I'm done with your order, I will send it out. International mail can take anywhere from 5-21 working days to reach you, so you can keep a look out with the tracking code you'll get when your order is dispatched!
- If you need your order by a specific timeframe, please drop me an email before making your order.(This does not guarantee I'll be able to accept your request!) Otherwise, your order will be fulfilled chronologically.
- Full payment must be in before I start working on your order.
- Payment will only be made through and received with the following payment gateway:
- Stripe
No other payment gateways will be employed for receiving payment.
- I reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, in which you will be duly informed and refunded (if payment has been made).
- The Terms & Policies on this page may be changed at any time without prior notice. The last updated date will change in accordance with any updates.
Privacy Policy
- The information and images you provide for your order will only be used for your current order, and any future orders you may make with me.
- All working files are saved on personal hard drives for the duration of the order. The printer I work with does not save the files onto their local computer for printing.
- All images you've sent in for customising your order will be permanently deleted from my hard drives once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out.
- Digital mockup images for customised orders will be sent through e-mail.
- For payment through Stripe, I will only be able to view your name associated with the payment, your e-mail address used for the transaction and the payment method used. This information is stored on Stripe's database. These information will only be used for payment verification with you when required.
Refunds
- Please ensure that you have fully made up your mind and are committed to your decision before proceeding with ordering from me.
- In the case that you've changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel it, you must contact me within 12 hours of placing your order. A full refund will then be processed. No refunds will be possible once 12 hours has passed from you placing your order.
- No refunds are possible once I've started on your order (which starts 12 hours after you've placed your order).
- No refunds are possible once you've received your shipping notification (should it be a non-customised item you've ordered).
Re-makes/returns
- In order to request for a re-make for a CD keychain order (at no extra cost, should it be damaged in transit), you must provide a video proof of you opening the parcel upon receiving it, as well as photo(s) of where the damage is on your keychain.
Please e-mail them to harmlesslynapping@gmail.com within a week of receiving your parcel.
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for customised CD keychain orders.
