Frequently asked questions

General queries

What currency is your store in?
  • SGD. You may browse in a few other currencies but your card will be charged in SGD when checking out. Although the exchange rates on the site are refreshed every 4 hours, there may still be minor rate differences from your bank's exchange rate.
How long will it take for you to make my customised keychain?
  • For pre-made designs, anywhere between 2-4 working days.
  • For customised designs, it can take anywhere from 2 working days to a week (or longer), depending on how much of the design needs to be adjusted or changed, and how fast we can reply each other. 
  • The timeframe is also highly dependent on how many orders I receive, as this is still a handmade product after all. Should there be any delays of >7 days long, you will be informed of the late dispatch by e-mail. 
I don't see the keychain design that was posted on your IG/TT.
  • Then it is a customised design. Custom orders are made only for the person who ordered it.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?
  • If you've changed your mind, you must send us an e-mail (harmlesslynapping@gmail.com) within 12 hours of placing your order. A full refund will then be processed. No refunds will be possible once 12 hours has passed from you placing your order, as your order would've already begun processing. (As covered in our Terms.)
My order was damaged in transit.
  • In order to request for a re-make for a CD keychain order (at no extra cost, should it be damaged in transit), you must provide a video proof of you opening the parcel upon receiving it, as well as photo(s) of where the damage is on your keychain, within 1 week of receiving your package. (As covered in our Terms.)

Payments 

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Mostly any major credit/debit cards with Mastercard/Visa/Amex logo. You'll also be able to see all the available payment methods during check out based on your location.
What payment gateway are you using?
  • Stripe. No other payment gateway will be employed for receiving payment. 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
  • Singapore.
Where can you ship to?
  • Anywhere in the world, as long as a full address is provided. Please note that if your parcel bounces back to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to have it redelivered to you.
 I need to change my delivery address!
  • Please send an e-mail to harmlesslynapping@gmail.com at the soonest possible moment!
What delivery provider are you using?
  • We are currently using Singpost, which is a local domestic delivery provider. Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it'll then be handed over to the country's domestic delivery provider. For example, USPS for America, Deutsche Post for Germany, Japan Post for Japan, etc.
Where can I view the status of my shipment?
What are your shipping rates like?
  • You can get an estimate with items in your shopping cart! As the items in the store are light, shipping rates will only change to the next rate from around >10 keychains. So group orders are recommended ^^
